So, thinking about getting this? It's a great idea. While being a durable camera, it's still nice not to show pictures on a camera that looks like a war relic. I have a screen protector and this case and the "waterproof strap" (the included factory strap doesn't dissolve when wet...) because it has a cinch slide so I can make it quite difficult to drop it reducing the chances that I'll test the durability like I did my last 3 digital cameras. Problem: You cannot access the data port or the battery compartment without taking the case off. I'm heading to Europe soon and am bringing my Tough-8000 in this skin, my 110-220 charger, my extra battery, and my extra cards so I can keep taking pictures until I'm somewhere I can upload and charge. Solution: Umm, easy 3 minute fix. I got a felt pen and outlined where I needed access to on both the data port and the battery compartment, took the case off and after tucking a piece of wood in the case, cut the outlines with an Exact-o blade. Works great for what I want and need and now I won't be taking it on and off.
